Guess who's been WORKING OUT!

For a while we have secretly been harboring deep concerns that we have inadvertently thwarted the growth of our son. The focus of our parental paranoia? Insufficient Tummy Time.

If you are unfamiliar with ITT, here is a little background: Used to be that a baby was supposed to sleep on his/her stomach. Then the great collective of Baby Advice Givers deigned that sleeping on your stomach as a baby was verboten. So now all babies sleep on their backs. Lots of positives from that change. One downside: babies don't develop their thoracic muscles as quickly so they can't lift their head, learn to roll over, which of course means they will never be mobile, learn to talk or read or get a job, etc. etc. ad infinitum.

  1. Mr. Jack is one COOL DUDE!!! In addition to working on those thoracic muscles looks to me like he has been refining a variety of sweet smiles ... way to go, guys!!!
