And who should we meet walking through the Rotunda? Dave Grimaldi! Dave works for the Majority Whip and his office is right off the Rotunda. He's a big fan of Jack's and said that we had to go out to see the Mall from the Speaker's balcony, which has the grandest view of the Mall. Dave and Bianca have a beautiful strapping boy named DG.
